  • Choose between completing the online form or downloading it for later completion.
  • If completing online, complete the required information and proceed to the next section.
  • Pay the application fee and schedule an appointment at the nearest Passport Seva Kendra.
  • Go for the appointment with the necessary documents.

Note: Spouse’s consent is required if they are abroad during the application, as stated in Annexure D of the application form.

  1. Offline Or In-Person Method:
  • Pay a visit to the nearest passport office or Passport Seva Kendra.
